The twelve2fit program is a rewarding mental and physical program!

Over a 12 week period, with our guidance & your dedication, we will challenge your thoughts, beliefs and self-doubts. We will support and encourage you to improve your diet, change your eating habits, train as hard as you can, improve your self-image and have fun at the same time.

At the end of the twelve weeks, you will be surprised just how much you have changed physically & mentally and you will have made new friends along the way too. It is a win-win situation!

The 12 week program consists of 3 high end detailed weight training sessions a week. We also assist you with detailed eating plans using our software system INutrition. There is no high intensity cardio, the 12 weeks is all about training smart, understanding training programs systems, learn correct technique of lifting weights, learn the principles of nutrition and knowing how to incorporate our methods in a main stream gym and not feeling intimated.

What’s involved?

  • Your commitment for 12 weeks.
  • All sessions held the 2fg studio, 4/323 Pascoe vale road, Essendon.
  • 3 training sessions per week, 45-60 minutes each in duration. 36 sessions in total over the 12 weeks.
  • Measurements and weigh-ins weekly.
  • Before and after photos, so that you can clearly see what you have achieved.
  • High end structured training programs, working in 3 week phases.
  • Nutrition adjustments weekly depending on your progress, this is fully detailed and individualised.
  • You must be over 18 years old. If you are over 50 years old or suffer from any medical condition, a clearance from your medical practitioner is required.
  • A meeting prior to the 12 week to outline training and nutrition guidelines and protocols.

This is so when you come to training you don’t waste time, you warm up and get right into your program.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5am-5.45am

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6am-6.45am

Monday, Wednesday 5.15pm-6.15pm and Saturday Morning 7am-8am

Tuesday, Thursday 9.30pm-10.30pm and Saturday Morning 7.30am-8.30am
