The 2FG Challenge is exactly that – a rewarding mental and physical challenge! Take a look at video below to see a little of what our training is about.
Over a ten week period, with our guidance & your dedication, we will challenge your thoughts, beliefs and self-doubts. We will support and encourage you to improve your diet, change your eating habits, train as hard as you can, improve your self-image and have fun at the same time.
At the end of the ten weeks, you will be surprised just how much you have changed physically & mentally and you will have made new friends along the way too. It is a win-win situation!
The Challenge consists of group workouts five times a week. During the warmer months, we train outdoors, & during the colder months, we train indoors. We also assist you with a nutritional information pack, meal suggestion plans, recipes and a whole lot of support and advice as required. You can also take up additional personal training sessions to help you to achieve your goals faster. It’s all up to you.
- Your commitment for 10 weeks.
- 5 group training sessions per week, 60 minutes each in duration.
- Measurements and weigh-ins at the start, midpoint and conclusion of the challenge.
- Before and after photos, so that you can clearly see what you have achieved. We use them to determine the winner alongside weights and measurements.
- Prizes are awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, and the winners are determined by the 2FG training team.
- Assessments are based on all available data – weight, measurements, body fat percentage & photos. The 2FG training team’s decision is final.
- You must be over 18 years old. If you are over 50 years old or suffer from any medical condition, a clearance from your medical practitioner is required.
- If before & after photos & measurements are not submitted, then you are ineligible to win any prize.
The 2FG Challenge has been running since 2006. In that time, it’s produced some amazing results and turned people’s lives around. Some past winners have even gone on to become personal trainers themselves.
