Overnight Oats


45-60g quick oats or rolled oats

150-200g Greek yogurt

20g grated dark chocolate

25g protein powder

1 small chopped banana or 65g berries of choice


  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cover and place in fridge for 4-5 hours or overnight

Can replace oats for any low sugar muesli or Weet Bix or basically any cereal.
