2 &½ cup oats
2 cups plain low fat vanilla yoghurt
2 teaspoons bread soda or bi- carb soda
2-3 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup almonds
2 tablespoons LSA
Add milk as needed to bind
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a 20 X 10cm tin,line tin with baking paper.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour at 180 degrees.
