Green Smoothie

Chicken Dressings


Herbed Mustard chicken:

Chopped dill roughly

Any mustard 2 tablespoons

1 lemon squeeze

Add a little water to make a marinate

No salt or pepper required

Brush chicken liberally

Leave in fridge for few hours


Dry Curry chicken:

2 tablespoons curry powder

1 tablespoon cumin

Bit of crushed garlic

Mix together throughly

Dip in chicken, rub in throughly

Leave in fridge for few hours


Garlic & Herb Chicken:

Fresh oregano

Fresh thyme

Fresh rosemary

No salts or pepper required

Chop fresh herbs roughly

Add a little garlic, lemon juice and some oil around 1 tablespoon, mix throughly, add chicken and coat well.

Leave in fridge for few hours, grill
